The lamb sizzles and Turkish pop blasts at this after-hours favorite. Since the decor (fluorescent lighting, bright-orange trays) might as well be nonexistent, focus on the eats. The zippy combination plate of four salads (among them bulgur in spicy tomato sauce and fried eggplant with peppers and tomatoes) lends itself to sharing, and satisfying chunks of juicy grilled chicken are ladled onto rice pilaf and finished with bright, minty yogurt sauce.
