I had a horrible experience at Paradou for brunch. The waiter was unattentive and very rude. The waiter spilled water, and then 10 minutes later, spilled coffee on one person in our group. He never apologized and did not bring any extra napkins or towels to clean things up. It took over an hour for our food to be served as we watched parties of the same size as ours come and go. We complained to the manager and were told there was nothing she could do. The food came finally and the beef that 3 of us ordered medium rare was totally grey and over cooked. I would rather eat from a hotdog vendor on the street than to come back to this place and waste $20 a person for brunch.
