Mercadito Grove (CLOSED)

Chef Patricio Sandoval has opened a branch of his Avenue B Mexican restaurant, Mercadito, on bustling Seventh Avenue South. The menu is the same as its hermana’s, inspired by the dishes Sandoval once prepared at his father’s Acapulco restaurant, like assorted ceviche, and a taco tasting that includes beer-battered mahimahi with Mexican cole slaw.
