The large menu of Mexican staples is better executed than the velvet paintings and sombreros might lead you to expect. Daily regional specialties expand the offerings beyond the usual flautas and enchiladas, and the burritos are crammed-full and delicious. The 75 different tequilas, some of them very top shelf (a Reserva La Familia or a Porfidio Cactus), make it nearly impossible to stumble out without having sampled at least a few margaritas; they’re $30 a pitcher, so be sure to bring the plastic.
