Description
Alto chef Michael White, culinary heir to Scott Conant’s Italian empire, has relaunched his briefly closed L’Impero as Convivio. Southern Italian cuisine is the focus, and the menu hinges on sfizi, or small plates, like roasted fennel with sea salt and lemon, fresh pastas and secondi that include porchetta and seared octopus.
