    Description
The fourth-floor view of Times Square visible from consulting chef Zak Pelaccio’s Pan-Asian experiment is among the best in the world. Too bad the food appears to be an afterthought. Chef Anthony Paris’s underwhelming take on Asian far includes $16 vermicelli noodles with “twice caramelized” roasted pork that are little better than what you’d find in Chinatown. His congee, rice porridge filled with designer mushrooms, also fell short. The saving grace: another consultant, pastry chef Will Goldfarb. A pomegranate-poached pear filled with green tea-cream is a world-class palate cleanser.
