When Michael “Bao” Huynh (Baoguette, Bia Garden) embarked on his career as a chef, he worked as a short-order cook. He returns to his patty-flipping roots with this burger joint. The short menu will included the signature “Mikey”—six ounces of griddle-cooked ground beef smothered in corned-beef hash and onions—plus three shakes: avocado, almond and black sesame.
