Fromage lovers, we hope you’re hungry, because you can grab four types of grilled cheese sandwiches ($6 to $8) that are far better than the one your mama makes. Munch on the Tres Queso (cheddar, Gruyère and Gouda) with a large pile of handmade ribbon chips dusted with a secret spicy dry blend. (Sharing is optional, but gorging is  encouraged.)
