Time Out says

This rustic wine-savvy eatery—located inside the Muse Hotel—offers creative American cuisine geared toward theatergoers and out-of-towners. We enjoyed a starter of sweet persimmon carpaccio with avocado, shrimp and tangy goat cheese, and a gooey croque-monsieur made with smoky ham, Brie and spinach. Sommelier Emily Wines is on hand for pairings: Pork belly sliders, served with spicy ginger mustard, pineapple and bok choy, were an excellent match for a dry, peppery 2007 Ridge zinfandel; for dessert, try a warm, spongy maple bread-pudding paired with a honey-rich wine, like the La Spinetta Bricco Quaglia Moscato d’Asti 2007.
