Description
The ‘cue here is prepared in the tradional Eastern North Carolina way: Pulled pork from the whole pig (ideally cooked 15–18 hours over wood) with a strict no-tomato policy—just tangy, peppery vinegar sauce. The flavorful, freshly pulled pig meat is served in sandwiches or in paper containers, presented with a squirt bottle of sharp eastern-NC vinegar sauce.
