Time Out says

Sébastien Pourrat is no stranger to tight spaces—Cocotte, his casserole-cozy French charmer, is a scant 35 seats. Next door to that brick-walled niche, Pourrat goes even smaller, offering a mere eight seats at a white-topped counter for Iberian-accented Basque tapas, inspired by his southwestern French roots. Grab a stool for dishes including duck confit with Espelette mustard, an Armagnac-pulled chicken toast and octopus carpaccio flecked with piquillo peppers. Cocotte fans can find the restaurant’s crowd-pleasing burger—topped with bacon, Basque cheese and guindilla peppers on focaccia—as miniature versions for a limited time each night. Cocktails eschew the geographic theme altogether, with an island-inspired old fashioned (rum, orange bitters) sharing menu space with a spiked horchata de chufa.
