The owners of this 20-seat LIC spot present “Novo-Andean” cooking: Peruvian and Colombian dishes executed with French technique and the occasional Asian twist. Their roasted chicken, marinated in ginger juice with turmeric and cardamom, is so crispy, they say, that they’re ready for a Pio Pio throw-down any day.
