The menu skips around the globe, from Mediterranean nachos with spicy hummus and guacamole to Indian malai kofta, balls of sprouted chickpeas in creamy almond-curry sauce. The daily ravioli (sliced turnips stand in for pasta) might be filled with faux sausage and spinach one day, mushrooms and walnuts the next. Dessert continues the live-food vibe, but they can be a little too virtuous.
