RedFarm fans can rest assured—while the upstairs of the Hudson Street flagship closes for renovations, the lower level has been transformed into a pop-up steakhouse, running through the end of September. Adding to chef Joe Ng's popular marinated rib eye, the temporary spot features three new cuts: a grilled bone-in strip, a salmon steak and shrimp-stuffed crispy chicken steak. Along with the entrées, find filet mignon buns, foie gras tarts, Benton's bacon egg rolls and crowd-pleasing crab soup dumplings. The second-floor cocktail menu (shiso-cucumber martini, blackberry fizz) is also available in the downstairs space.
