Description
The long-awaited sequel to Chelsea’s Cafeteria opens this week in Soho. Chef Doron Wong (Park Avenue Café) sticks to the comfort-food formula with dishes both highbrow (lamb chops with couscous and fennel jam) and low (cheeseburger spring rolls). The “deli” aspect of the menu is subtle, but you will find pastrami and matzo ball soup at this haute greasy spoon.
