As the name suggests, this Battery Park City restaurant serves Mexican and Latin American fare. Order a "Coyote Dog" (a hot dog wrapped in a tortilla with pico de gallo and melted cheese), or quesadillas oozing with Mexican cheese, then pull up a chair at one of the tables outside—the eatery offers fabulous views of the boats in North Cove.
