This Chelsea spin-off of the uptown sushi stalwart—a late-night favorite of chefs like Eric Ripert and Daniel Boulud—offers larger digs, with 48 seats in the dining room and 14 at the sushi bar. But regulars can expect the same whimsical nigiri combinations (jalapeño-topped yellowtail, king salmon with scallion sauce).
