Sushi chefs and a Japanese hibachi operation have materialized to add a little Pan-Asian pizzazz at this Greenpoint standby: The Williamsburg Bridge combo is a colorful, show-stopping platter loaded with hand rolls, sushi and sashimi. Still, nothing takes away from the freshness and low prices that made this spot popular in the first place.
