Time Out says

Irish-born chef Conrad Gallagher—who nabbed a Michelin star at Dublin's Peacock Alley when he was just 25 years old—turns out refined bistro fare at this plum-tinged restaurant. A few dishes, like creamy polenta with a deep-fried duck egg and house-made blood pudding, betray the toque's Emerald Isle roots. But most of the menu (including roasted scallops and a foie gras and celeriac rémoulade) showcase French flavors.
