After perhaps too many hours in front of the camera, Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio gets in touch with his line-cooking roots at this impromptu restaurant in Craft’s private dining room. Every other Tuesday night, Colicchio prepares a tasting menu ($150–$250) in the open kitchen.
