Description
The long-awaited addition to pastry chef Pichet Ong’s boutique restaurant, P*ong, opens this week in a 12-seat space next-door. Ong returns to his sweet roots, offering a range of Asian-inflected cookies, cakes, ice creams and puddings. Treats include a Vietnamese coffee cake and a pineapple-chèvre cheesecake pudding; a small menu of sandwiches is in the works.
