Annika Sundvik and John Lavelle, the husband-and-wife owners of White Slab Palace (and the late Good World), have launched a stand at the Hester Street Fair. Their lineup of Scandinavian snacks includes Swedish meatballs, a herring platter featuring three preparations of the fish, and weekly sandwich specials made with rye bread.
