Find a date in NYC: New York singles found at dating events
We scouted out the New York singles at dating websites Strange Angels and Match.com’s offline events. Ask them out over e-mail and go out on a date in NYC.

The scene here was markedly different to Strange Angels: A much larger group of singles took part in a livelier, but slightly less structured, fete. About 300 prematched singles packed a Union Square bar, where revelers played Ping-Pong, ate bar snacks and drank the night away. The singles, all Match.com members, were invited by the website based on factors such as age, neighborhood and line of work. The event was just one of many put on by Match.com in the area, ranging from similar large-scale happy hours and activities to intimate cooking classes, tequila tastings and dance lessons.
