Soho's APT focuses on one thing and does it well—Pop Art-looking furniture that multitasks. The white, open showroom houses strictly high-density-foam Warholish couches, chaises, footstools and chairs that fold out into beds of all shapes and sizes. A 78-inch apple-green sleeper ($1,499) unfolds into a queen-size bed, and the bottom cushion on simple black-steel-armed chairs ($600) unfurls into a sliver of a pallet—not ideal for long-term use, but then neither is a 300-square-foot home.
