This icon British brand has taken up residence on Madison Avenue bringing Burberry Brit and Burberry London stateside for the first time. While the two lines share one address and phone number, each have a separate store entrance and offer a very different collection. Burberry Brit is like Burberry’s edgier younger sister, offering a more modern aesthetic and lower price points. The 1,500-square-foot space sports a black-and-chrome interior in tune with its more casual offerings. Here you’ll find men’s short-sleeve polos ($110), burnished leather zip wallets ($425) and tortoise shell sunglasses ($210). If you prefer your Burberry tailored with the classic plaid print, you’ll want to head to the Burberry London side, which caters to a more sophisticated (and rich) clientele. On offer are men’s plaid cardigans ($550), trench coat dresses ($895) and gold barbed-wire bracelet watches ($695).
