Fabulous frocks are owner Giselle Carerra’s specialty: She alters and repairs vintage floor-length evening gowns and cocktail dresses. After raiding the dress racks, one-up the Frye-heeled masses with a custom set of Sure Shot boot harnesses, available in leather, metal or stone ($25).
