Christmas in New York transforms the city into a winter wonderland with its extravagant window displays, vibrant holiday markets and, of course, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. For New Yorkers, however, life must go on—and the last thing any of us need is more stress. To help make your life just a little bit easier, we've put together a list of holiday shopping hacks, sharing our go-to services for same-day delivery, free gift wrapping and more.

RECOMMENDED: A full guide to Christmas in New York

1. Craft goods to go.
Seamless isn’t the only same-day delivery option. Etsy just launched Etsy ASAP, which will drop off your order the same or next day for $20. It currently serves Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and is a godsend if you’re searching for adorkable gifts at the last-minute.

2. Gift card 2.0
Looking for a quick-and-easy present that’s more personal than a gift card? The E-Gift Card from Macy’s lets you choose the item, but the recipient does the rest. You’ll never again get that crestfallen gaze after ordering the wrong size.

3. All the silver bells and whistles
If you can’t waste time tying (or attempting to tie) bows, shops like Barnes & Noble, Tory Burch, L’Occitane, Williams-Sonoma and Sephora offer free gift wrapping with purchase. And for cyber-shoppers, Saks Fifth Avenue and Net-a-Porter will wrap all orders too.

4. Have an appy holiday
Yep, post offices are officially obsolete. Instead, use the Shyp app, which sends someone to you to pick up, package and mail your parcel (and even wrap it for ya!) for a $5 fee plus shipping costs.

5. Jet-setter savior
If you need a last-minute gift this very second, Amazon Prime’s membership service still wins the shopping/shipping race. Most of NYC gets free same-day delivery, and you can request gift wrapping for the bundle, too.
