Interior designer Richard Mishaan opened his first vintage and designer home-decor shop on the Upper East Side in 1997. That location shuttered in 2008, and now Mishaan is back with a downtown space for his furniture and home accessories, plus items from other European designers. You’ll find pieces from Mishaan’s design collaborations, including modern settees with oak legs ($10,575) from his collection for North Carolina company Bolier & Co. and square hanging pendant lights ($3,030) from his line with the Urban Electric Co. Also look for antique items, such as geometric-print chairs (two for $7,000) and mahogany bedside tables with bronze pulls (two for $7,000).
