Every spring, this charitable thrift-shop chain—100 percent of its proceeds benefit people living with HIV/AIDS—gets a massive shipment of designer goods. Look for a Nanette Lepore floral jacket tagged $85 (retail $325); Candela contrast wedges, chipped from $281 to $65; and a Marc by Marc Jacobs cardigan marked $65 (usually $175).
