Time Out says

What was once a retreat hidden in the bottom of the swank Empire Hotel has now moved downtown to a brighter, street-level location in Chelsea. To kicks things off and attract new clients, the spa will be hosting ongoing Friday after-work parties (6–8pm), where customers can sip gratis bubbly and snack on fresh fruit while receiving complimentary polish changes and five-minute back rubs (appointments not necessary, but suggested). Manicures normally cost $28, pedicures run for $48, and foot massages with soaks in Elemis milky aromatherapy oil can be combined with the pedicure for $90. Electrolysis hair-removal services have been added to the menu, so you can score a complimentary consultation and then get fuzz-free (15 minutes, $40; 30 minutes, $65; one hour, $100). Or opt for a soy-based wax: Taboo men’s Brazilians run for $100 and female versions cost $70. Those looking to deal with the hair on their heads can get their tresses done at the salon by choosing from cuts for long hair ($115–$160), crops for short hair ($50–$75), blowouts ($75) and single-process color ($75–$95). While you could spend a full week testing every treatment on the extensive list, some standouts include hot-stone massages (one hour, $140); men’s facials that include exfoliation, masks, extractions, hydration and eye-area moisturization (75 minutes, $155); and Elemis lime-and-ginger salt scrubs (30 minutes, $95). Brides-to-be should consider splurging for the fancy bridal suite, complete with a couch, flat-screen TV, a pair of massage tables, a Jacuzzi and a shower (two hours, $300 plus the cost of services), on their big day.
