Time Out says

Hidden among the tattoo parlors and sushi bars along St. Marks Place lies Manhattan’s video-gaming mecca, Saint Marks Games. Devoid of the glitz and glamour found at big-box stores, SMG is uncomfortably narrow, with creaking floors and a hissing radiator—but its cluttered walls catalog games from as early as the cartridge-based Atari era. Here, you’ll find TurboGrafx-16 consoles, ColecoVision handhelds, and a vast array of imported games and consoles such as Japan’s Nintendo DS Lite ($269). With so many foreign titles available, browsing here is almost as thrilling as gaming itself.
