Time Out says

Hair stylist Shasha Lee has been an expert at taming dry, coarse hair since 2001, and with this larger midtown space (her salon was previously located in Soho), she has room to expand her offerings, including the introduction of a private nook she calls the Weave Room. Hand-painted vintage furniture, pale pink walls and black window frames create a retro-glam, homey vibe. One of her six stylists will treat you to a vigorous wash and scalp massage by applying Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo—part of a line of sulfate-free, moisturizing hair products sold at the salon ($14–$34)—to dry hair, creating squeaky-clean and shiny locks. If you’re getting the signature hair facial ($95, $125 with Lee), which leaves your hair silky smooth, you’ll be put under a steamer with your mane wrapped up in conditioner. Cuts for both sexes are $200 ($350–$425 with Lee), hair extensions are $125 per row, and color runs $145 for a single process up to $325 for a full set of highlights.
