Discount divas will be jazzed to hear that this off-price giant is nearly doubling its NYC presence this fall, beginning with the city’s fourth location in Midtown East (another locale in Midtown West is slated to open in November). The thrill of discovering Michael Kors and DKNY on the racks for up to 60 percent off retail never gets old, nor is it a rare occurrence here, considering that more than 10,000 designer duds are shipped to the store weekly. Stock up on the season’s staples for less, like swingy striped trench coats ($50), leather shoulder bags with chain and zipper details ($180) and strappy patent-leather pumps ($70).
