Stepping into this giant, bright, glossy white space feels more like entering a swank hotel bar than a neighborhood manicure spot: Patrons wait for their appointments in a living-room-like lounge, complete with a cozy chocolate-colored couch, a matching shag rug and a gorgeous crystal chandelier. Walk-ins are accepted as late as midnight on Mondays through Saturdays and until 11pm on Sundays, and the place stays pretty lively with yuppie locals and even a few dudes receiving Swedish massages (60 minutes, $90) and Brazilian waxes ($65) from staffers dressed in hot-pink uniforms. But Cleo's biggest after-hours draw is its basic manicures ($15) and pedicures ($32), the latter performed in one of 10 cream leather-massaging chairs. An exciting neon color-changing wall and Passion Pit music blasting over the speakers should help keep you awake, regardless of how exhausted you are. If you call ahead to book an appointment after 9pm, you can choose from even more services on the extensive menu, such as facials (60 minutes, $90) and eyelash color tints ($35).
