At this cozy, low-key spot, friendly, approachable teachers guide a regular clientele of East Village residents and NYU students through up to four Vinyasa classes daily. It gets crowded, so arrive early to guarantee a spot in the airy storefront studio. Check out the fun community class on Saturdays ($10), or bring your baby to toddler yoga.
