Revolution in Motion's Dr. Edythe Heus got Reeve Carney and the rest of the Spider-Man cast in shape for the show. Now you can get super fit with the Spidey workout too.

BOSU zip-ups

(1) Start on top of the BOSU ball, jump down to a position where your legs are straddling the ball and quickly jump back onto the top. Spend as little time on the floor as possible.

(2) Use your torso muscles to lift yourself back onto the ball. Repeat as long as you are quick off the floor quickly.
