The Spider-Man workout

Revolution in Motion's Dr. Edythe Heus got Reeve Carney and the rest of the Spider-Man cast in shape for the show. Now you can get super fit with the Spidey workout too.

(1) Position yourself with the base of your spine on the top of a BOSU ball.

(2) Hold your body straight, parallel with the floor, arms at your side with your palms to the ceiling.

(3) Hold as long as you can while maintaining perfect form.
