It's here. Your summer is shot come Monday, so—if you're not going out of town—we recommend you hit the town for one of these:

It would be hard to get a better lineup together than the one at the Warp20 show at Terminal 5 tonight. Battles—led by Tyondai Braxton, whose new solo project was profiled this week in TONY—headlines, with support coming from party-starters !!! and skilled beat-crafter Flying Lotus. So yeah, go.
Also going down tonight is a split bill between garage rockers The Black Hollies and bluesy singer Benjy Ferree at Maxwell's. The artists play tomorrow at Mercury Lounge, too.
The show of the night is the Tribute to Connie Converse at Joe's Pub. Converse was a fabulous singer-songwriter in the '50s and '60s who disappeared in 1974. A host of devoted interpreters—including David Garland, who performed a Converse song at TONY that will be up on the Volume shortly—play her tunes tonight. Read our show preview here.
A couple of strong indie groups—Chairlift and Here We Go Magic—play a show at the Bowery Ballroom.
Matthew Houck's striking singing in Phosphorescent leads a bill at Music Hall of Williamsburg that also includes the eccentric avant-popsmith known as tUnE-YaRdS and talented local songwriter Mike Bones.
Jandek, the outsider-blues legend, makes a stop at Issue Project Room.
The excellent metal series Show No Mercy continues at Public Assembly. Headlining tonight is Gnaw, the latest project from ex--Khanate vocalist Alan Dubin.
The lived-in Americana-tinged rock of Deer Tick sets sail on a Rocks Off Boat Cruise tonight. Read our show preview here.
Finish off your long weekend with a set from vibrant sax veteran Oliver Lake at Local 269.
