Sean Patrick Monahan and James Presson rework The Threepenny Opera into a Wild West picaresque about an outlaw on the run from an oil tycoon. Charlie Polinger directs the tale, which somehow features bits involving Al Gore, Ronald McDonald, Lucille Ball and Ethel Rosenberg.
