Murray Abraham and Joe Franklin join the aerial troupe Suspended Cirque and others from the worlds of theater, dance and burlesque to celebrate the artistic heritage of the Lower East Side in a three-day bash. This year's theme is "Legalize Freedom: Act Is Activism."
