The Canterbury Tales Remixed

Canadian hip-hop theater artist Baba Brinkman directs his flow to Chaucer's eclectic collection of stories (with bits of Gilgamesh and Beowulf for good musical measure). It's energetic and often clever, but not quite satisfying theatrically; it seems more like a good way to spice up a high-school lit class. —Adam Feldman
