90-Second Newbery Film Festival

Symphony Space, Upper West Side Sunday December 2 2012 15:00 - 17:00
While these short movies may be over in a New York minute (and a half), they still pack an impressive amount of narrative into that small chunk of time. Cohosted by founder James Kennedy and author John Scieszka, the fest presents onscreen interpretations by children of Newbery Award–winning titles from as far back as the honor was created in 1922. Ages 9 and up.
