Behold: Ben & Jerry's brand-new NYC ice cream flavor
The beloved ice cream company crowd-sourced ingredients to make a flavor representative of Gotham.

Ben & Jerry's has been hard at work gathering votes and random data to determine an honorary ice cream flavor for NYC (see our earlier article on the somewhat confusing process here). And the results are in: Our flavor is a mishmash of Sixpoint's 3Beans beer, fair-trade vanilla ice cream, butterscotch ribbons from Spoonable and brownies from Greyston Bakery. Plus, it's topped with caramel corn from Liddabit Sweets. Sounds like a melting pot of deliciousness to us.
For the big reveal, including the flavor's name—chosen from Twitter-submitted suggestions—stop by Pier 57 tonight from 5 to 7pm. The special #ChurnedbyNY flavor will only be scooped this weekend at Ben & Jerry's events; head to their website for more info on how you can taste the concoction.
