Fans of the fantastic call-in radio show The Best Show on WFMU probably already know that host Tom Scharpling has talked about wanting to throw a big benefit for the victims of Hurricane Sandy over the past two weeks. That show has been announced and (surprise, surprise) it's pretty awesome, boasting appearances by John Hodgman, Andrew W.K., Julie Klausner, Jon Benjamin and a few yet-to-be-announced guests. Tickets for the December 7 comedy-and-music extravaganza are on sale now. All proceeds go to Occupy Sandy Recovery and Staten Island’s Siller Foundation Relief Fund.
