Superstar Brit band Coldplay will be ending 2012 in Brooklyn this year, with two big shows just announced for the buzzing Barclays Center on December 30 and 31. And if you don't think Chris Martin & Co. will make for the liveliest of company when the ball drops, think again: Local legend Jay-Z will co-headline the New Year's Eve date. Tickets for both concerts go on sale this Saturday, November 17, at 10am; blink and you absolutely will miss them.
And just as Brooklyn was ready to say "Miss You" to the Rolling Stones after that storied English institution planted its much-rumored NYC-area shows in Newark, the band tacked on a Barclays Center date after all. The Stones roll into town on December 8; tickets go on sale next Monday, November 19, at 10am.
