Bradford Cox
Apparently MoMA PS1 isn’t throwing some jock-baiting bash on Super Bowl Sunday. Huh. Instead, the institution hosts the premiere of Youth Museum, Grant Singer’s VHS-shot short about Deerhunter and Atlas Sound mastermind Bradford Cox (Feb 3 4–6pm; $10). After the flick, Cox will play a few tunes alongside some yet-to-be-announced musical guests. In other local Deerhunter news, we learned earlier this week that the ace Atlanta indie-rock outfit will hit this summer’s (really promising) Governors Ball.
