Good news, hops-heads: Brokelyn's annual Beer Books have hit the market. These pocket-sized pamphlets act as your passport to the best suds Kings County has to offer; $30 gets you a set of coupons for one free quaff at a bunch of beercentric bars and restaurants around the borough. Depending on where you like to hang (read: toss back a cold one), you might go with Book 5: upper Brooklyn (Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Bushwick and Bed-Stuy) or Book 6: middle Brooklyn (Cobble Hill, Ditmas Park, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Gowanus et al.).

The tomes includes coupons to TONY faves like Battery Harris (pictured), Glorietta Baldy, Littleneck and tons more—over 30 options for each BK region. The purchase basically pays for itself after you go to five different bars, while encouraging you to check out new sudsy standouts. The books, which are valid until the end of the year, will be shipped next week (February 6 and 7). And don't worry, Coney Islanders—Brokelyn says a lower-Brooklyn iteration is coming soon.
