With the polar vortex lingering persistently, March can feel a little bleak—but fear not. There's still plenty to look forward to this month, from a Bill Cunningham show and a new Wes Anderson flick to Neil Patrick Harris's return to Broadway and an intimate, 25-concert residency by the xx.
