In this ever-changing city, one thing that never falters is a New Yorker's love of heading out to Luna Park at Coney Island. (Just check out our retro Coney Island photos for proof!) As the years have rolled by, we’ve lost some great NYC institutions like CBGBMars Bar, FAO Schwartz and the original Luna Park which burned down in 1944. But you can still take a glimpse back in time with these images, which show the some of the rides and attractions featured at the original more than a hundred years ago.
