On the closing day of River to River Festival, which offered a month's worth of free arts programming in downtown Manhattan, artist collective CHERYL hosted its first ever outdoor dance party at Pier 16. Attendees at the sunset party covered themselves in glitter and danced to electro and disco tunes, courtesy of CHERYL's resident DJ Nick and DJ Lloydski (of the Tiki Disco and Night People shindigs).
